Abstract
Senior women ( N = 108) majoring in psychology, science, art, and English responded to the Sixteen Factor Personality Test (16 PF). When their scores were compared with profiles for successful women in related careers, pattern similarity coefficients were significant for each field. Data affirm that characteristics which have been related to professional and creative productivity may be discerned among women of college age. Keywords
