Abstract
The d33 coefficient for second harmonic generation has been measured in reverse proton exchanged LiNbO3 waveguides. The d33 value in Z-cut guides is between 50 and 100% of the substrate value, while in X-cut guides is ~5% and in Y-guides is negligible. Keywords
