Abstract
An 82-year-old, right-handed man underwent a suprapubic prostatectomy for benign prostate hypertrophy. The immediate postoperative course was complicated by episodes of hypotension. On the first postoperative day, the patient had had an acute-onset headache, followed by drowsiness and the development of a complete right ptosis and pupillary asymmetry. Keywords
