Abstract
Squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix is a common malignancy, but like other genital malignancies, it rarely metastasizes to the heart, even in advanced stages. This case illustrates several points, including the presentation of a cardiac metastasis mimicking ischemic cardiac disease on electrocardiogram. The diagnosis was further suggested by cardiac echocardiogram demonstrating a large right ventricular epicardial mass. It is unusual to make this diagnosis ante mortem. Keywords
