Abstract
Migration and separation of zones of four test dyes were recorded and compared for isocratic elution and five-step gradient elution in a sandwich chamber with a glass distributer. The maximal load capacity for full separation of all components of the sample was several times larger for stepwise gradient elution. Keywords
