Abstract
This is the first report of a Noonan syndrome patient who has had a vaginal rhabdomyosarcoma. Recent reports of Noonan syndrome patients with leukaemia have prompted speculation that there may be a slightly increased malignancy risk associated with this syndrome.Keywords
