Abstract
2-Pyridinaldoxime (HL) forms complexes with copper(II) from which the oxime proton may or may not be lost. In addition to the species Cu(HL)22+ and CuHL2+, already known, this paper describes the uncharged complexes CuHLCl2, CuL(OH).H2O, and CuL2.½H2O, together with salts of the polynuclear cation, Cu3L3OH2+.
