Secretion of prednisolone into breast milk.

Abstract
The secretion of 3H in the breast milk of seven volunteers was studied over a period of about 48 hours after the oral administration of 5 mg of 3H-prednisolone. A range of 0.07 to 0.23% of the dose per litre was recovered.Keywords
