Abstract
Larger algae and protozoa plankton of inshore waters seem generally well known, except for a few groups of very small flagellates. The same statement cannot be made for the micro-organisms of the bottom sediment-water interfaces and intertidal sand. Many ecologists and physiologists would like to know more about what species and how many individuals can be expected in such locations as these. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
