Abstract
A heterogeneous group of people present with mild memory impairment depending on their age, personality, mood, environment and actual cognitive function. The challenge is to distinguish between ageing changes and incipient dementia diagnostically, to unravel the pathophysiology and to develop effective therapies.Keywords
