Abstract
The differing experiences of the hard-core black and the white manager and how these differences relate to integrating the hard-core black into the organization forms the basis for this article. The article is based upon findings of industry research covering: the supervisor's conflicting demands, the lack of higher management involvement, the hard-core black's unrealized dreams, and the potential of black power and confrontation tactics. Keywords
