Abstract
The pancreas from Sprague-Dawley rats were rinsed in a homogenization buffer containing 40 mM Tris-Hcl, pH 7.0, 0.25 M sucrose, 5 mM .beta.-mercaptoethanol, 3 mM Mg Cl2, 1 mM EDTA, 200 .mu.g/ml of saya bean trypsin inhibitor and 1 mg/ml of albumin. The homogenate was filtered and centrifuged. The characterization of the different fractions was based on morphological (EM) and enzymatic criteria. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
