Abstract
The Research in Teacher Education section is devoted to re ports and reviews of research that have implications for teacher education. Research reports that address the topics of teacher effec tiveness and life in classrooms are particularly welcome. Manu scripts should be as brief as possible (5 to 15 double-spaced pages), and they should conform to traditional scientific standards This issue of the Journal and the style manual published by the University of Chicago should be consulted in matters relating to style and presentation. Submit manuscripts in triplicate, accompanied by a 100-150 word abstract, to the Journal of Teacher Education, AACTE, One Dupont Circle, Suite 610, Washington, D.C., 20036.Keywords
