Abstract
Moraxella bovis (Hauduroy), the causative organism of infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis (IBK), was isolated from the crops of 5- to 10-day-old female Musca autumnalis DeGeer which had fed on the eyes of infected cattle in all stages of the disease. The disease was categorized into ten clinical stages. The flies acquired M. bovis from callie up to 79 days after convalescence began. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
