Abstract
Fifty female mice of the JK strain have been kept on the Purina Fox chow diet until natural death occurred. No case of cancer was found. The strain was produced by a brother to sister mating over a period of 9 yrs. Only 1 case of carcinoma of the lung was found in the lineal descent now being continued.
