Abstract
Gaining vascular access in some patients undergoing plasmapheresis procedure may prove to be difficult. Twenty‐four percent of our patients had either a poor vascular access or poor blood flow. This report describes a technique for obtaining good vascular access in otherwise difficult patients, which we believe to be easy, safe, time saving and cost effective. Keywords
