Abstract
In the present study the kindred with Marner''s cataract (CAM), which now comprises nine generations, was examined for linkage with 14 marker loci. We found strong evidence for linkage to haptoglobin, zmax = 8.33 at thetamax = 0.05 for males and thetamax = 0.04 for females. Keywords
