Abstract
On 88 test subjects, measurements were made of the range of accommodation over a period of 10 years; as yet no correlations with other results of the investigation (such as pulse wave rate, blood pressure, etc.) were found. The longitudinal analysis showed a somewhat more rapid decrease in range of accommodation than the transverse analysis, for which there is no explanation. The successive measurements for range of accommodation with red and green light produced new problems.
