Abstract
Tin oxide crystals grown by electron beam irradiation of vacuum deposited amorphous films were investigated by a high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) with the aid of computer simulation. A new type of ordered (110) CS structure with 1/2 [110] shear and 1/2[11̄0] glide were found in the reduced Snm+1Om crystals with m=4.Keywords
