Abstract
17 patients were examined with standard gamma globulin-I131, pH 4 gamma globulin-I131 and Gamma-Venin-I131. Calculations for pools and turnover rates are only given for the standard gammaglo-bulin group, because standard gamma globulin alone represents an unaltered molecule. For comparison of the behavior of the different gamma globulin preparations the elimination constants and the total clearance were used. There is practically no difference in the elimination rate of standard gamma globulin and pH 4 gamma globin, whereas the slopes (k3 [plus or minus] 3 s) of Gamma-Venin differed significantly from the slopes of the other two groups. Keywords
