Abstract
Presentation of CaseA thirteen-month-old female infant was brought to the hospital because of a "disturbance of hormones."The infant was delivered by cesarean section. The delivery was uneventful and uncomplicated. This was the mother's fifth pregnancy. The preceding pregnancy was complicated by a placenta praevia. An enlarged clitoris was noted at birth; development was otherwise normal.Physical examination showed an infant weighing 9.8 kg. and measuring 76 cm. in length. Development was normal except for an enlarged clitoris with a ventral urethral groove. A small urethral os was present in a rudimentary vestibule at the base of the clitoris; . . .Keywords
