Abstract
Using antiplatelet aggregation as a guide for fractionation, four furoquinoline-type alkaloids, confusameline (1), skimmianine (2), kokusaginine (3), and O-methylconfusameline (4), were isolated from the leaves of Melicope confusa. All compounds showed significant antiplatelet aggregation activity. Keywords
