Abstract
Summary Specific high-titered Venezuelan equine encephalitis and Eastern equine encephalitis hemagglutinins were demonstrated in infected suckling mouse sera following a simple acetone extraction procedure, for both prototype strains and all of the 16 VEE and 7 EEE isolates tested during the early passages. Rapid identification of these isolates by hemagglutination-inhibition test was possible and their identities were confirmed by several different methods. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
