Abstract
Lytic activity of eosinophilic granuloma and other tumours was studied in vitro on collagen substrate. Collagen degradation was measured through the release of hydroxyproline-rich peptides into the medium. The in vitro lytic action was at a maximum in the case of EG and was correlated with the presence of histiocytic cells. Keywords
