Abstract
We consider the effects of scalar-field fluctuations produced during inflation on the baryon asymmetry of the Universe. The decay of squark and slepton fluctuations may generate a baryon asymmetry as in the Affleck-Dine scenario or fluctuations of more massive fields might inhibit or even wash away an asymmetry. Keywords
