Abstract
118例の胸部X線写真無所見の扁平上皮癌のうち, 94例を切除し, 16例が上皮内癌であった. 76例は早期扁平上皮癌で, すべて再発転移は認めず, うち10例は亜区域支ないしその末梢にあった. リンパ節転移は6例あり, うち5例は腫瘍の浸潤が気管支壁を越えた症例であった.多発癌は, 切除標本の検索で初めて診断された6例を含めて20例 (16.9%) において観察された. 術死も含めた全死因でみた5生率は, 切除例で80.4%, 非切除例で45.0%であった.
