Abstract
Section of the anterior spinal nerve roots from the sixth thoracic to the second lumbar inclusive did not prevent or significantly and permanently reduce hypertension produced by constricting the main renal arteries of dogs. The significance of these results for the pathogenesis of human and experimental hypertension is discussed.Keywords
