Abstract
Neurotrophins such as nerve growth factor (NGF) are secreted growth factors that are important for neuronal survival and plasticity. In their Perspective, Zampieri and Chao discuss a new study (He and Garcia) that highlights some unusual features about the binding of NGF to the p75 receptor.Keywords
