Abstract
We present calculations, using the properly normalized couplings and masses for Dine-Fischler-Srednicki axions, of power rates and signal temperatures for axion-photon conversion in microwave cavities. The importance of the galactic-halo axion line shape is emphasized. We mention spin-coupled detection as an alternative to magnetic-field–coupled detection. Keywords
