Abstract
Optimum conditions for extraction of isomaltase activity ([alpha]-1,6-glucosidase activity) from barley malt were studied and the subsequent purification of the activity examined. 6-fold increase in the specific activity was obtained. pH-optimum, temperature optimum and Km and Q10 for the isomaltase activity are reported. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
