Abstract
A method for the concentration of Coxsackie virus (Group A, type 2) from dilute suspension by means of aluminum sulfate flocculation is described. The procedure can detect as little as 0.00625 LD50/0.02 ml in the starting material and has advantages of being simple in execution and economical of material. Application to other viruses is discussed. Keywords
