Abstract
The yields of the extracellular sucrases produced by fungi and yeasts were markedly increased by using sucrose monopalmitate as carbon source. The sucrases of 10 fungi moved as single components in zone electrophoresis. The sucrases of six fungi were composed of two separable components. In one fungus, three sucrase components were observed. Keywords
