Abstract
Indirect UV detection allows the determination of inorganic anions at sub-parts per million concentrations on a simple HPLC system. The large number of interrelated variables that determine the chromatographic separation and the sensitivity require careful optimisation. This mode of HPLC has been applied to a range of samples, some requiring pre-concentration and column-switching techniques. Keywords
