Abstract
Ultra-centrifugal methods demonstrated the existence of combination between glycogen and serum globulin, but not between glycogen and lactoglobulin. The glycogen was found to be highly polydisperse and only smaller aggregates appeared to enter into combination with protein. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
