Abstract
Patients (40) with angina pectoris were studied in a double-blind experiment to test the effect of a choline-inositol syrup 6n their symptoms and on the levels of their plasma cholesterols and phospholipids. No statistically significant symptomatic improvement could be demonstrated. Mean levels of plasma cholesterol and of phospholipid were significantly . higher during choline-inositol therapy. Fluctuations of plasma cholesterol and phospholipid were not significantly affected by choline-inositol treatment. Keywords
