Abstract
Recurrent annular pustular psoriasis over the trunk of an 11-year-old boy followed infantile psoriasis in the napkin area. Etretinate therapy induced a partial remission. The difficulty in distinguishing between annular pustular psoriasis and subcorneal pustular dermatosis of Sneddon and Wilkinson is discussed. Keywords
