Abstract
We report on a girl with frontonasal “dysostosis,” callosal agenesis, crossed‐fused ectopia, tibial hemimelia, and preaxial polydactyly of feet. This pattern of the developmental defects suggests a severe form of the acrocallosal syndrome. Implications for genetic counselling are discussed. Keywords
