Abstract
Computed tomographic and ultrasound features in four cases of post-traumatic unilateral adrenal hemorrhage are reported. The CT findings consist of enlargement of the gland with hyperdensity, streaky infiltration of the periadrenal fat, and enlargement of the adjacent crus. On ultrasound the suprarenal mass appears moderately echogenic. Long-term follow-up studies show decrease of the volume of the mass, with CT and ultrasonic patterns consistent with resolving hematomas. Keywords
