Abstract
The dimensional stability in laundering and the elastic properties of 40 experimental wool fabrics knit of 1/12, 1/24, and 1/36 worsted yarns were studied. The fabrics were knit of yarns spun from top with and without Wurlan finish. All fabrics were machine laundered five times. Dimensional changes were determined after each laundering; elastic properties were measured before laundering and after the fifth laundering. Keywords
