Abstract
Spleen cells from Coombs positive 480-500 day old male NZB/BL mice were incapable of inducing graft-versus-host reactions when injected into (NZB/BL X A) F1 hybrids. This occurred even when the total number of nucleated cells injected were adjusted to contain 15-20 x 106 lymphoid cells. Younger (45 and 150 day old) NZB/BL mice were capable of inducing graft-versus-host reactions in a normal fashion. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
