Abstract
Summary: The bone marrow of a patient with pancytopenia showed dyserythro‐poiesis, dysmegakaryocytopoiesis and 13% blasts. The patient was hypertransfused and the pancytopenia resolved completely for 1 month, while the blastic infiltration in the bone marrow remained.
