Abstract
Bilateral open inguinal herniorraphy was performed in Cuenca, Ecuador, and monitored via low-bandwidth (128 kilobits per second [Kbps]) satellite communication by consultants in Richmond, Va, for consensus regarding identification of standard surgical landmarks.Keywords
