Abstract
A young man presenting with a Tourette syndrome‐like disorder that was the main clinical manifestation of Hallervorden‐Spatz syndrome is described. It is recommended that, even in the case of slow progression, HSS should be considered in the differential diagnosis of TS‐like disorders. ©2002 Movement Disorders SocietyKeywords
