Abstract
The 25th case of perforated jejunal diverticulitis is reported and all previous cases are reviewed. The mortality in this group of patients is 32%. Resection of the perforated segment with end-to-end anastomosis seems to offer the best chance of cure. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
