Abstract

The statistical analysis of dose/cure experiments [for cancer radiotherapy], developing the simplest possible theory in detail with special attention to experimental design and to the range of validity of the methods advocated, is discussed. Explanations are aimed at the mathematics-tolerant, not at the mathematician.
