Abstract
The rotation spectrum of the free methoxy radical (CH3O) has been measured at 18 discrete wavelengths between 0.25 and 0.65 mm by the laser magnetic resonance method. A least‐squares fit to the measured spectra yields precise values for the molecular parameters of the 2E ground state of CH3O.Keywords
