Abstract
The binding of Synacthen to partially purified bovine adrenocortical plasma membranes was shown to be inhibited by cortisol. The findings suggest that cortisol is involved in a peripheral feedback mechanism for the control of its release. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
