Abstract
An amplitude and phase tracking integrated receiver converter, with a self-contained local oscillator, has been developed for a variety of EW applications in Ka-band. The module described, which operates in a band centered at 34 GHz, employs a dual double-balanced mixer, a push-push dielectric resonator local oscillator, and a monolithic LO buffer amplifier. The module was assembled using microstrip circuit techniques and coaxial connectors and can easily be integrated with other system components. Keywords
