Abstract
With one post-partum rabbit injected at each critical dose level (per kg. body wt.) it was possible to define the biological activity of good preps. of pregnant mares'' serum and human pregnancy urine 9 times out of 10 with an error less than 30%. The use of a 2d animal at the critical level provided an accuracy which surpassed that obtainable by the use of 10 isolated rabbits at each dose level.
