Abstract
Four Brown Leghorn cf d\ in which testes from hen feathered Silver Cam-pines were implanted following complete castration 2 weeks or less after hatching, developed and maintained typical cock plumage when mature. The typical capon plumage of a Silver Campine capon of a hen feathered race was not changed in character following the partially successful implantation of testis from a White Leghorn, though the comb increased temporarily in volume 8-fold. Failure of the graft to bring about henny plumage was probably due to insufficient amount of implanted tissue. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
